Store Policy

Returns:
In store returns within 15 days, with receipt for store credit.

Online returns accepted minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charge is non refundable.

Damaged shipments:
If any item arrives damaged please contact us right away and save all packaging. Replacement arrangements will be made.

Shipping:
Please email for shipping quotes outside the U.S. as well a shipment of multiple lightweight paper products.

Backorders:
In case of backorder, you will be notified within 3-5 days of order. Restocking can take 2-4 weeks but we try to be faster.
